Topic / About Us change layout

Hi,

i trying change the layout for the About Us page from ColumesThree to ColumeOne.

i tried change the Views\Topic\TopicDetails.cshtml

  Layout = "~/Views/Shared/_ColumnsOne.cshtml";

but that doesn't affect the About Us page.

is that the file control the layout?
any things i missing?

i figured out, just my careless mistake.
