I create a topics called download where I will have all document to downlaod related to my products. How do I have a link under information

Look at \Solution\NopCommerceStore\Modules\InfoBlock.ascx control

you should a link manually to the info block you have created:

Ex:

<li><a href="<%=Page.ResolveUrl("~/Downloads.aspx")%>">
Downloads page</a></li>
