Server/Program Error Any help would be appreciated!

I'm using NOP 2.65 on an IIS7 dedicated server. We had a power glitch and now our front page does not display correctly. See http://www.epestwarehouse.com/ .

Once I have logged in everything straightens out. Admin looks good and public pages display properly. Log out and delete cache and back to the problem. I've checked and see the same on multiple browsers.

I have reloaded the program files and all stays the same.

It seems as though progmam is not reading CSS properly.

Is anyone out there able to help?

when I try to load your css (or any scripts) I am redirect to the login page as if the directory or file is protected.

I reset of my directory permissions and that worked.
