Sounds like your hard drive is full.

EDIT:  Missed the bolded part at the top.

My first thoughts to.  This is on Arvixe and limit is 10GB.
However, another odd thing is that Server Manager studio in properties for the database says "size, 113MB, available space 1MB"

Is autogrow disabled?

Just checked before you posted, SMS > Properties of the DB > Files, shows blank.  Of course it won't allow me to change it

Mine shows blank if I'm logged in as the normal user but I see them if I'm SA or some other admin.  I'm not sure what permission drives that.

Arvixe just re-started the DB, but that was no help.

Is it possible that your DB itself is only 113 megs but the log file has grown and filled the hard drive?

I suppose it is possible, but where do I check the size of the log file?  Not finding anything in SMS

Arvixe control panel shows log file at 500KB, data file at 1024KB
