Plugin Data Erased (3.0)

*Note: I'm not an IT person/web developer so I'll do the best I can with this.

We started a website on Nop 3.0 and have been using the Nop Ultimate Plugin Collection. We recently installed it again to add the new Ribbon plugin. Sometime after (not directly after) making these changes we clicked on "Restart Application" and it wiped out all of our settings and data used in those plugins.

So it seems that making changes to the plugins and then restarting the application will wipe everything out.

Is this a bug? Any information will be helpful.
