It's possible to create a users for specific store ? It's possible create an administrator user for specific store that can manage only products or items of his store in back-end without "see" products of others store?

By default, customers are no mapped to specific store. And Vendor can see only his products in admin panel. But he can not manage other functions of store like an administrator. To achieve something like this you may need to customize.
