Recurring payment with initial payment SMALLER than recurring payments?

I want to have an "introductory" price of $5 and a recurring price of $12.95

is something like that possible and how might I go about setting that up?

OK how about this idea

is there a way to apply a coupon that would make the total for the product $5, but then as the product renews it would renew at the full price?

I saw the coupons but could only take off a percentage, not say something is $5

any ideas? Thanks!
