Any way to make the billing address non-editable at checkout

Hi,

i am using nopcommerce 3.20 source,

i wish to make the billing address a non-editable field, i.e one that only uses the value defined in the customer table,

is there any way to do this, i have looked through the code and cant see anything where the type of field is set,

You required to modify the view and set it disabled for the other fields except drop down values.
