How the administrator of webshop is supposed to do image uploading? In previous version there was a menu item in html editor, in version 3.30 I can find only "insert image" where we should specify image src, but nothing for image uploading...

You can see in the bottom toolbar (in the right) icon called Upload

For 3.30 version, the admin area user interface was updated from Telerik MVC Extensions to KendoUI which is why you don't see the old HTML editor.

I think you should try another browser. I use Firefox 28 and it displays for topic and product pages.
