Banned my own IP Adress

Due to a weak translation and own stupidity i banned the ip-adress of the domain :(
So in the whole admin area access is denied. Can anybody how to get rid of this problem (i thought of deleting the entry in the database but i don' t know entity and field)

How did you banned? Did you do something from admin?

Connect to database. Look for "securitysettings.adminareaallowedipaddresses" name in the Settings table. Your server Ip should be there under value column. Remove it. Thats all.
