The number one pain in the butt with this project is the copying of the Admin and the Plugin's. Constant rinse and repeat of 'Clean' and 'Rebuild'.
Can I ask why and what benefit ?
1. it's not like Admin isn't a part of the Web. Just include it in the Web project ? It's copied over at every build anyway, so what is the difference ?
2. Plugins are copied to one and copied over anyway - so what benefit is there in this ?
So, no offense, but could someone explain the reasoning behind making this more complex - seems like an over engineered decision, but who knows, maybe there is a reason behind it ?
