New 100% Bootstrap theme

As much as I hate CSS, I've decided to crated this 100% bootstrap Default Clean theme.

I think its a good starting point for developers to design bootstrap themes on top of this basic one.
Its all about bootstrap, has less than 200 custom style lines.
Bootstrap version 3.3.5 support RTL
Font awesome 4.3.0

I believe Nop should have gone with Bootstrap.
Nop templates has made a perfect theme, however its hard to change and design on to of it.
Unlike bootstrap who has many examples and tutorials across the web.

Just walked thru front-end pages and apart from the Credit Card month/year selector it all worked really well.

Great job.

I have test it in Chrome and Firefox and on first place looks fine except the home page slider in Firefox (check the styles:

.theme-custom {margin: -30px 0 60px;}

in the 'custom.css' file).
Also your product grid is broken in resolution under 1000 pixels (in this case you need to clear the float...and you can do this by adding the 'clearfix' class or use another way to do this).
Otherwise the theme looks very nice.

I saw the negative margin in Nivo slider, however I think in order it to fit any theme, it should be margin 0 and the negative adjustment should be in the default clean them
