Display Multiple Shipping methods

Hi,
I am using two shipping methods in my site, one is FedEx and the other one is Endicia. The problem is when I enable both, Endicia is not showing up. Only the FedEx options are showing. I tried disabling one of the methods and enabled USPS and other shipping methods, still I can able to see only one method.

Can someone help us where I need to correct to get the solution.
