Hi,
I'm not a developer so I'm not completely clued up in terms of codes etc but the company I'm working for is using nopCommerce as our platform. The website is very very slow and I believe that we are failing to convert visitors into customers because of this. I presume it has nothing to do with the platform? But what could it be? Please help as I'm in charge of the SEO side of it and if I can't identify the problem, SEO is useless to us.

Thank you.

Im also having the same issue. My store https://latheandgrain.com/en/ has been up and running for about a month now with no sales, and im almost sure it is becuase of the 12 sec load time.

I'm not sure what is causing the issue as the images have been optimised, cashing is in place and the sever is the top server i can get on cloud hosting from go daddy.

Can someone please come back to me with some solutions?

Hi Marco,

Did you checked with enabling the mini profiler? The first step is to understand what is causing delay!

Also are you running MS SQL on the same virtual server as nop and what is it express or other edition?

Yep there is a big delay of loading the pages this is not normal, enable the mini profiler like jariwalakrunal advised you my suspicion is the database response time.

Agreed, this important!

If you're Running SQL server on the same VM, and you have less RAM than required, then SQL will take as much RAM as it can take. That means, less memory will be available to the application. If this is the case, you need more RAM as well as add a capping on max memory SQL can use.
