Hi,

The program is aimed at nopCommerce developers who are interested in official recognition of their skills. The test was designed and prepared by nopCommerce team. The goal of this program is to test not only knowledge of nopCommerce core and terminology but also the general fluency in product and the ability to produce quality code.

This is awesome, one thing to consider is having designations: Front End, Plugins, Administration etc... just a thought. Divide the $150 fee in to segments allowing the end users find the certified resources they need quickly.
