I noticed the excellent thread on this forum regarding resizing images

The last item of code in the thread is interesting and perhaps is the answer to resizing images while preserving the aspect radio.
I think that the code Mark supplied is inserted into \Nop.Common\Media\PictureManager.cs
I wonder if someone can please let me know where this code must be placed.
