usps shipping

I have USPS as a shipping option and when I place 10 of the same item, each item is under .3 oz. in the cart and go to buy, it charge me $61.80 for soething that should be about $4.95.
I have 1.5 Nop Commerce software.

Any ideas?

Is it possible your unit of measurement is set to POUNDS instead of OUNCES?

Under the product specs, no it is ounces. Otherwise, I did not see where you can change it. I looked through the files and scripts, as well.
