I own a small shop with home delivery and I will try to transform,
delivery costs based only on city close to my shop

i don't need code(my be) only step by step instruction to arrange Shipping By Country & Order Weight

Hi,

It's not possible to transform. You will need to do some customization anyway, suppose, add a new shipping rate computation method.
