Messaging System

Hello,

My client wants the users of the system to send messages to the system where all messages can be displayed with statuses like new , replied, solved etc... And the admin can respond to each of these messages and change statuses.

Do you have any suggestions for above feature. What can i do where do i start? Is there a plugin?
