Send message template bad language

In version 3.80 if you activate two languages (Spanish and English) the message template "OrderPlaced.StoreOwnerNotification" always sends it in English even if you are working in Spanish. I read in the forums that in the old versions this happened, but before version 3.80 it sends it well.

Can someone tell me how to fix it?
