It's time we make this public; we have developed an FAQ Chatbot for Nopcommerce. It's part of our Universal Chat package.
By implementing it, you not only have an operator that is present 24/7, but you can also send instant, rich messages to your clients. The chatbot has several fallback mechanisms - if it does not understand what the user needs, it will ask the user for their email so you can call them later. It will also create tickets which you can respond to and the bot will understand those cases in future conversations.
Best of all, you can monitor everything from your mobile phone (on your Telegram account) and engage only when necessary.
We have plans to expand this to a full nopcommerce chatbot, using our Web API plugin that supports all nopcommerce versions up to 3.9 (at the time of this writing)
