Is it possible to create Online Multi-Vendor Marketplace without ordering option

Hi,

i am willing to create an online mall solution with ability for the vendors to add their own products ,but i want only let them add the products and their contact information ,the one who want to buy anything just take the contact information and do all ordering and payment operations out of my e-mall ,i just want a marketing platform for the vendors

then i will get the vendors to pay annual subscription to buy (space or shelf )on my e-mall

the idea is a marketing platform and there will not be ordering option

is that possible and how?
