Changing what happens when specific manufacturer is clicked

Hi all,

I am just wondering is there an easy way to re-route to another part of my site when a user clicks on a specific manufacturer. At the moment it brings up "Featured Products" and I want it to bring the user to the category the manufacturer is associated with.

ie. the customer clicks on the Adidas Manufacturer and it brings up the Adidas menu and not "Featured Products"
