Disable Shipping Address during checkout

Looking at how to disable the "Ship to same address" option during one page checkout. Shipments have to go to the billing address (due to fraud protection). Thought there was a setting for it, but can't find it.

You can go here http://admin-demo.nopcommerce.com/Admin/Setting/Shipping

And find Ship to the same address field. Mark it as false.

I thought that was it too, but it didn't do anything. Cleared my cache, etc and regardless of how the checkbox is set it still shows as being available to ship to a different address.

What version of nopCommerce?
Are you using 3rd party plugins/themes, or did you customize the code?

Version 3.9, and it is using the Default Clean theme with a NOP One Page Checkout plugin. Checked and it does't have an option there for disabling/enabling the Shipping Address. Maybe the problem is with their plugin.

Think you are right. I just went in and commented out the code. Not necessarily the right way, but it is done now. Thanks for everyone's help!
