1. An option to add review link can be good. I might be selling computers and want to place a review about a laptop that shows how great is this laptop - I want to have a link that everyone can see.
2. I think that a user-review has to include the rating score that the writer gave - like newegg.com and others. This way one can see if the rating is acceptable according to text. Furthermore, it will be more natural for users to rank AND write a review, which is prefered.
3. It is also useful to have categories review/feedback pre-written questions, much like eBay.
Instead/besides free text, I want to direct the user review with informative questions.
