UPDATE: Yesterday we've been reported about a bug with "Invalid non-ASCII or control character in header" (find mode info here). We've just fixed it and re-uploaded the packages.
So if you've downloaded nopCommerce 4.10 on July 26th (the first day of the release), then please re-download it (or apply the fix manually)
