Left Side Navigation Hiding Feature

How Can i hide my Left Side Navigation(either through Code or by inbuilt features) Until Admin/Store Vendor didn't Update their Address ??

Go to Admin => Configuration => Access control list

disable to "Admin area. Manage Stores" in Vendors
