Nopcommerce 4.0 Rewrite

I want to add a static url like at the top and my link is

https://www.headznthreadz.com/corp/

but when you upload and click on it, it says page not found because it redirects to

https://www.headznthreadz.com/en/corp/

How do I fix this?

This is because you have setup for multi-language, /en/ means English. Is multi-language required?

when I remove it and click on the home page, it still tries to go to /en

it sneaks the en in there.  When you make the change SEO friendly URLs with multiple languages enabled" setting to false (uncheck it) and restart the website.

The home page won't work.  If you click on the categories the pages show up but the home page does not.  

Even when you uncheck the setting, it still adds the en into the url
