What is "q Qualys_resp_hdr_injection: Vulnerable"?

Hello,

I have discovered that one or several persons tried the security of my website.
These are the search terms used:


q Qualys_resp_hdr_injection: Vulnerable
q Qualys_resp_hdr_injection: Vulnerable
|netstat -an
(23.0231*213.759)
1 or NULL IS NULL
1 and NULL IS NULL
aaaa&ping -n 91 localhost&
ping -c2 -i90 localhost

I have tried them in the search bar and it does not give anything bad. However, I am concerned about "q Qualys_resp_hdr_injection: Vulnerable". Apparently Qualys is a computer security software company.
Does anyone knows what it means and if it is bad?
