Availability of MailChimp Plugin for 4.1

Does anyone know if the MailChimp Plugin will be available for 4.1 anytime soon?

Unfortunately, there is no information on 4.1 version for this plugin as of now.

I spend a day playing with the 4.1 tree from GitHub and tried my best to get it working, but to no avail.

The config settings don't seem to stick from the UI (had to manually add settings entries to the db) and I managed to get it synchronising on a couple of occasions but it was painfully slow (almost seems stuck in a loop)

I don't have the coding expertise or time to commit, anyone else had any success or has a working pull request?

Has anyone been able to get the MailChimp ver 4.1 Working.  I have also been unsuccessful at getting the code from the link above working.  If this version is available, why hasn't it been included in the nopCommerce Marketplace?

Was the plugin ever upgraded for 4.1?
