Nopcommerce 4.1 plugin development

Hello everyone... I have problem with creating plugin in nopcommerce.I have created class library Nop.Plugin.Name.Name added plugin.json and everything it needs, but i dont know what to do next...
this is project with class i dont know what to write here... what to write for instal and uninstal my plugin
