nopCommerce 4.20 BETA released. Please share your impressions

I did some page load comparisons between a stock 4.0 site and a stock 4.2 site using the mini-profiler.  The results were a bit of a mixed bag.  The 4.0 site seemed to perform a little bit better on product pages, cart, and checkout.  The 4.2 site performed much better on the homepage, and product pages.  See test results below...

Did inline "add new" go away in the admin section?

Today I downloaded fresh source copy of nopCommerce_4.20, and tried to extract rar, but it gives error
"The archive is either in unknown format or damaged"

Is it moved to new location?

I have latest version of WinZip and 7zip.
Size of downloaded rar is correct but can't be extracted.
