I've had a number of responses to this project request that I will not have time to get into skype calls, etc.
If you are interested in submitting a quote for the work, please base it on the API documentation located at the following URL.

Implement the "Lightbox Checkout Library" implementing the functions:
1. Create checkout
2. Create charge
3. Capture a charge
4. Create refund
5. Anything else required to process / refund / manage orders
The plugin needs to co-exist with any other payment gateway configured.
The plugin needs to have the ability to configure to the sandbox and production zippay environments.
Please provide details of ongoing support, there needs to be a bug fix period.
Who will own the code? In other words, I'm not paying you for development of this component if you then profit on the sale of this product on a commercial basis unless my costs for the development reflect this accordingly. ZipPay is becoming increasingly popular, and so the potential is there to commercialise this component which should reduce the development costs to myself.
Please get back to me if there are any further questions about the operation of this plugin which would affect development time / costings however I would expect it to have the same level of functionality that most of the other payment gateways have.
This payment gateway will be integrated into the website https://www.prodivecentralcoast.com.au and I should be able to provide a development site to verify the pluging prior to going into production.
