Upgrade 4.1 to 4.2 SQL problem

Hello everyone,

do you have this problem when running the upgrade SQL

Msg 515, Level 16, State 2, Line 1006
Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'Id', table 'test_db.dbo.LocaleStringResource'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.

The problem was in my database it was not migrated properly.
