Hello every body,

Installing nopcommerce on the root of a web server Rocks.

Having it running as an application configured in a subfolder under the Server root causes a problem.

here is a sample:

Scenario that works fine:

Domain : www.mydomain.com
nopCommerce is installed on the Root of the IIS Web Site.

Scenario that DOES NOT WORK:

Domain : www.mydomain.com
nopCommerce is installed on the Root of the IIS Web Site.

Server config on IIS Admin:

Default Web site
-------ecomm (Application Created under the root )

Nop commerce is installed in eComm folder.

www.mydomain.com is mapped to the ecomm folder.

there are few errors:

1 - the menu links do not map corrctly: ie: the blog link in the menu href = www.mydomain.com\eComm\blog.aspx instead of www.mydomain.com\blog.aspx
2 - All the Admin Menu links are wrong (doing basically the same)
3 - the captcha does not show on the login and registration although it is enabled in the config.

Strangely all the Rewritten URLs work fine.

Is there a way to go around this ? may be a config tag to specify the virtual root ... just thinking there must eb a way to solve this... it should be possible ...

Thanks.

I've tested nopCommerce. Everything works fine.

Does anybody else have the same problem?
