import downloadable product link from excel

hi,

we have about 400 products which we want to import trough csv/excel, every product has a pdf attached which the customer can download after a successfull purchase. is it possible to import the pdf link with the importer? actually there is only a field "DownloadId" which doesnt help us.

No it appears you can not upload the link.
As you say the DownloadId is exported and can be imported but the download link cannot be created via the import

I had a quick look at the plugins but did not see any that imported downloadable products ?

You would need to customise the import to create the download link.
As a quick fix you could use SQL or Access to create the download links then connect them to the products in the import

I did plugin Import Manager 2.0 for import products, categories, manufacturers.
