Address and Postcode did not match

Hi, sometimes when customers try to place orders they get the error message: "Address and postcode did not match". When we have spoken to the customers they tell us that the address that is assigned to the card is the same as the billing address that they are entering.

We use the world pay plugin.

Does anyone else have this issue?

Is there a way we can stop this message from coming up and get the payments to go through?

You may be able to see which risk validations failed in your WorldPay account.

Check to see if the IP Address of the customer aligns with country of the billing address.
