I have a question about the email configuration.
I need to be able to send buyers emails to each store created
send independent mail to each store

Message Templates have "Limited to stores". You need to toggle Advanced to see that option.
You can "Copy Template" of an existing template (e.g. OrderPlaced.CustomerNotification), and limit each copy to a specific store.
You may also want to change the "Email account" used by the template to be store specific.
(As per the note on bottom of the template page: 'In order to use ["Limited to stores"], you have to disable the following setting: Catalog settings > Ignore "limit per store" rules.')
