Notify Me Button Not Working: v3.80

I'm having issues getting my "Notify Me" button to work for my Back In-Stock Subscriptions. It brings up the popup just fine but selecting the "Notify Me" button inside the popup does nothing. Any suggestions?

Just check log under Admin > System > Log, Hope you can find log there.
Also check console error in browser inspect element and check response in network call.

Probably its a theme problem. check if its work with default theme.
