Adding Image to Footer

Yidna, I got it via ftp in the folders, not sure what else you mean I can do?

Are you sure image is available in  wwwroot/images/uploaded directory? Can you share screenshot?

Your given file name is WRONG. I cannot any underscore there. Update your code as below.
