Admin interface not working in v4.2

Since upgrading to 4.2 from 3.8 the Admin interface now only works in Internet Explorer.  Inspecting the page there are these Console errors:

I think either the browser has some issue or something is wrong with your installation & configuration in IIS. Can you share your site URL?

Thanks for try to help.  I have tested both the cookies issue and the admin in:  Microsoft Edge, Opera, Microsoft Chromium Edge, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer and they both only work in Internet Explorer.

Interestigly, when I click View Source I get all the code then it gets to this:

and then just stops and doesn't load the rest of the page, as in there is no </body> or </html>.

Unfortunately the site I am upgrading is a test location inside my network, so I won't be able to make the link available externally.

Check what errors do you get on the browser Network tab for the rest of the page resources. Also check IIS & Windows error logs if that is not helping. And I assume that browser is working good with other sites. May be you can try with hosting a sample website in IIS to check if this happens on to this application or all applications hosted in IIS?

Well I have investigated the network and nothing is getting an error, they all get a status of 200.  I am wondering if it is to do with the minify of the javascript as I only have two entries, and one of them is the Google Analytics code.

I have looked in the event log in Windows and I am not seeing any errors or warnings.  And nothing appears the Log inside the Admin section.

May be try with hosting it again!
