Customer Review Plugin

Why does no one develop a CUSTOMER REVIEW PLUGIN, that goes beyond just PRODUCT REVIEWS. We want to have a plugin where customers we service can go on and give the company review about our service and overall product offering, plus ideas how we can improve, with ratings. Seems obvious. But doesn't seem that anyone offers this.

I appreciate your quick response. However, the first response from nokia1028 pointed to a PRODUCT review plugin, I am looking for a plugin that allows customers to review my company and service overall, NOT a product, that is already included in nop.

Second response from mhsjaber, refers to a plugin that gathers data on your existing product reviews, not a plugin for allowing customers to provide insight as to how your company is performing day-to-day, NOT PRODUCT reviews. We need to know how we can improve our service, what products they need, what we can do better on our site.

We are a B2B company that services regular customers around our city. They come to the site to order and view/search products, so it is not just customers that FIND us on the web.
