Good time of day. How i can add the block Recetly Viewed Products in Cart/Wishlist pages?

Did you view any products first? You have to go to a product page first (not just see products in searches, categories, or other pages).

on cart-page i didn't found

But in category-page in this block src-prop is exists...

RecentlyViewedProducts is should work on any page. Make sure there is no additional javascript in cart page which can remove the img src value.
