Product Attribute Import Error

When I try to import a product with attributes that I just exported from my test instance of nopCommerce 4.2 I get the following error:  

Product attributes with the following IDs don't exist: 1

Do product imports not support the creation of attributes?

Yes that's correct. If you want full import capability for Product Attributes, you may have a look at NopAdmin.
