Migrate NopCommerce 4.1 from AWS VM to Azure?

I have a e-commerce running on Amazon AWS in a VM and I wanna migrate my e-commerce to Azure, how can I do that??
It's only install my database and copy installation files or I have to do something different?

Transfer the database and files. It should work, if there is no dependency on other services.
