Ok, it seems there is some issue with the precompiled package included the tutorial

When I downloaded the source code nopCommerce_4.20_Source.rar, built it and published onto the vm the nopCommerce 4.20 installed OK!

Any way, actually I am curius about the exact cause for this error.
I have run the nopCommerce 4.20 locally from source and publish it locally, then deploy it to server. the installation process passed.
I have used the followin published version, the installation process is working fine on ubuntu 18.04. I think on other systems should be the same.
