Kendo ui datatimepicker for another calendar (shamsi)

Hi guys,
I changed NOPCommerce 4.2 source code to use Kendo ui which support fa-IR culture and shamsi calendar. It shows datepickershamsi in Date.cshtml but it has not function for datetimepickerShamsi. I have two question:
1. How to add datetimepickerShamsi to it?
2. How to convert selected datetime to standard time before send it to program?
