Custom Form

Hi, I am looking to create a custom form (already have it from made in html 5) and insert the code into a Topics page. I would like the form once completed to be sent to me via email. I don't see anything like that. Does anyone know how to do this?

It will not work by doing like this. Here you need customization in code. Follow contact us feature.
