HI THERE thanks for the answer. I actually have this enabled but it doesnt seem to make any difference. When i very irst open the site it takes ages (ive built a test site). Then when its open susbsequent vists are fine. version is 4.2
Any errors recorded for the particular task? Also, ensure that store URL on admin area > configuration > general settings > "Store URL" does have the exact store URL.
you can use this website(https://uptimerobot.com) to check continues ping into some interval time to keep website up. minimum ping time is 5minute for free user.
