Order Status Email Not Received

Hi,

I am unable to receive emails on order cancellation, Order Completed etc Whereas Order placed and Ready for shipment emails are coming successfully.

Templates are available in Admin side:

Order Cancellation: OrderCancelled.CustomerNotification  
Oder Completed: OrderCompleted.CustomerNotification  
etc

Please guide me If there is any setting in nopcommerce to enable those emails I am using nopcommerce 4.2

Make sure that the message templates are 'active' in admin message templates.

If so, then check the System Log for any errors.
Also, check Message Queue.  If nothing shows in the default page, then you can unselect 'Load not sent emails only', put in a date range, and Search to see if any such messages were ever queued.
